In an Associated Press backstage interview at Coachella in April 2026, Roth said he had sold his music publishing catalogue the previous year. Guitar.com reported the disclosure, but the sale price was not disclosed in that coverage. Roth said he felt “rich” afterward; that comment is not a financial statement establishing his net worth.
