Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2024 was the live ABC broadcast on Dec. 31, 2023, welcoming in 2024. Ryan Seacrest and Rita Ora led the Times Square countdown, while performances and celebrations came from Los Angeles, Puerto Rico, Miami, Las Vegas and South Korea. Here’s who appeared, how the original broadcast was distributed, and what the audience figures show.
Who hosted New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2024?
Ryan Seacrest led the main Times Square countdown with co-host Rita Ora. Jeannie Mai hosted the Los Angeles festivities, and Dayanara Torres returned to co-host the Spanish-language countdown in Puerto Rico, staged at the grounds of the Puerto Rico Convention Center at DISTRITO T-Mobile. The program ran for more than five and a half hours and was in its 52nd year, according to Dick Clark Productions’ lineup announcement.
Who performed?
The announced lineup spanned pop, hip-hop, rock and dance music, with different artists appearing from several locations. These are announced performers and selected song details, not a complete verified set list.
Times Square and New York
The principal New York lineup included Megan Thee Stallion, Jelly Roll, Sabrina Carpenter and Tyla. Jessie Murph joined Jelly Roll for his medley. A late lineup update added LL COOL J featuring DJ Z-Trip just before midnight.

That historical listing does not establish whether the episode is currently available to stream. The January 2024 Hulu schedule is a record of that month’s programming, not confirmation of today’s catalog.
