The first main trailer for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle was released on June 28, 2025. Crunchyroll later announced a streaming premiere for July 2026, though availability depends on territory.
What the first main trailer revealed
The June 28, 2025 trailer used footage from the film and arrived alongside the announcement of its theme songs and artists. Aniplex’s Japanese announcement also revealed the subtitle Akaza Returns (猗窩座再来). Sony Pictures Entertainment’s official YouTube listing identifies the video as the “MAIN TRAILER.”
The movie is the first of three planned theatrical films adapting the manga’s final arc. It follows Tanjiro and the Demon Slayer Corps after they are pulled into the demons’ stronghold, the Infinity Castle. The trilogy is presented as the culmination of the anime story.
When did Infinity Castle come out?
There was no single worldwide theatrical release date. Japan’s opening came first, on July 18, 2025; the United States and Canada followed on September 12. The international schedule included other dates in August and September.
