What happened to open Right Stuf orders?
Crunchyroll’s transition FAQ said that open Right Stuf orders and preorders would still be processed and fulfilled by Right Stuf, and that each store would process its own returns. That guidance concerned the transition period; it should not be treated as current policy for an order placed years later. For an active issue, consult Crunchyroll’s official Right Stuf orders FAQ and current support information.
