Forbes Travel Guide says its ratings assess both facilities and service, with particular emphasis on service. It describes Five-Star properties as delivering an outstanding experience with highly customized service. The guide says inspectors evaluate properties against up to 900 objective criteria; this is the system’s stated maximum, not a claim that every property is assessed against an identical set of 900 criteria. The rating is Forbes Travel Guide’s own assessment, not a government classification, and it cannot guarantee that every guest will have the same experience. Crown’s facilities page describes lagoon pools, a fitness centre, retail stores, a business centre, Crown Spa, restaurants and the Crystal Club on the 15th floor. It says Crystal Club guests can receive complimentary breakfast and evening drinks with canapés. Access may depend on room category or other conditions; verify eligibility and any fee before relying on those inclusions.

Forbes Travel Guide describes Crown Spa Perth as nearly 14,000 square feet and lists venues in the wider Crown Perth complex, including Nobu, Bistro Guillaume, Rockpool Bar & Grill, Modo Mio and Silks. Who may find the award useful
The rating can help travellers looking for a luxury hotel with a recognized service-and-facilities assessment. It is one consideration, rather than a substitute for comparing the factors that matter to a particular trip: room category and size, service inclusions, lounge access, location, dining, spa facilities, current price and availability. The available sources do not establish a controlled comparison with other Perth hotels.
