To stop future Brazzers charges, cancel through the company or platform that bills you—not simply by deleting your account, uninstalling an app, or replacing your card. Check your latest receipt or statement first, then use the matching route below. Save the confirmation and the date billing ends.
Identify who bills you before canceling
Look at the latest card or bank statement, signup receipt, renewal email, and any Apple, Google Play, or PayPal payment history. The billing name on the receipt or statement is the best clue to which company controls recurring payments. A processor such as CCBill may appear instead of Brazzers.
- Note the billing descriptor, transaction date, amount and currency, and any transaction or subscription ID.
- If you can access your Brazzers account, check its billing or membership section too.
- Do not assume that a charge from an unfamiliar processor is unrelated. Confirm it through an official billing-support site, not an advertised cancellation service or an unverified phone number.
If the charge identifies Apple, Google Play, or PayPal, use that service’s route below. If it identifies CCBill, use CCBill. For direct Brazzers billing, start at the official Brazzers cancellation page. If the descriptor names another processor, contact that processor through its official site or contact Brazzers support for direction.
Cancel through the billing provider
Direct Brazzers billing
- Open https://support.brazzers.com/cancel.
- Sign in if prompted and follow the cancellation instructions shown for your account.
- If you cannot sign in or do not see a cancellation option, use the official support route on the page and ask for recurring billing to be stopped.
- Keep any confirmation number or email, and note the effective cancellation date and paid-through date.
The controls may vary by account and billing route; do not assume every member sees the same cancel button. The page’s exact interface can change, so follow the current instructions there rather than relying on a particular label.

CCBill
If your receipt or statement identifies CCBill, use its consumer page or consumer support page to locate and cancel the subscription. CCBill says its lookup uses two identifying details, which may include your email address, card or account number, transaction ID, or subscription ID. Its consumer page lists support as available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and gives the phone number 1-888-596-9279 and email [email protected].
Use only the official CCBill domains. Do not post or email a full card number, security code, or password. If you contact support, provide only the information needed for the official verification process.
Apple billing
Use this route only if your Apple receipt or Apple Account subscriptions show the charge. On iPhone or iPad:

- Tap Subscriptions, then select the relevant subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Apple’s guidance is available at Apple’s iPhone cancellation page and Apple’s subscription troubleshooting page. If there is no cancel option or the page shows an expiration message, Apple says the subscription is already canceled. If it is missing, check other Apple Accounts and look for the receipt; if you have no Apple receipt, another company may be billing you.

Google Play billing
Use this route only when the subscription appears in Google Play or the receipt identifies Google Play:
- Open Google Play and go to Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription, tap Cancel subscription, and complete the on-screen prompts.
Follow Google Play’s cancellation instructions. Google states that uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription. If the subscription is not listed, check your other Google Accounts.

PayPal or another wallet
If PayPal handled the payment, sign in using the official PayPal app or site, find the relevant merchant agreement under automatic payments, and stop the authorization. Labels and controls can vary. Then confirm with the merchant or billing provider that the subscription itself is canceled: stopping an authorization may prevent PayPal payments without closing the underlying membership.
What cancellation changes—and what it does not
Cancellation is meant to stop renewal; it does not necessarily erase the account or end access immediately. Access may continue through the period already paid for. Google Play explicitly says subscribers retain access for the paid period after cancellation. Check your confirmation for the effective date and the date access ends.
Account deletion is a separate request. First cancel recurring billing and obtain confirmation. Then, if you want your profile removed, contact Brazzers through its official support route and request account deletion. Do not treat deletion, loss of login access, or uninstalling an app as proof that billing has stopped.

Request a refund separately
Canceling stops future renewal; it does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed. Ask the company that charged you about a refund:
- For an Apple-billed purchase, use Apple’s subscription support guidance.
- For Google Play, follow the refund options in Google Play’s subscription help.
- For CCBill, contact CCBill consumer support with the transaction details.
- For direct Brazzers billing, request a refund through the official support route.
Refund eligibility depends on the billing company, purchase method, jurisdiction, and circumstances. A cancellation confirmation alone is not a refund decision.

You forgot the login or no longer have the signup email
Contact the billing provider shown on your statement rather than relying only on password recovery. Have the signup email or username if known, billing descriptor, approximate charge date, amount and currency, last four card digits, and transaction or subscription ID ready. Use the provider’s secure verification process; do not send a CVV or password.

The subscription is missing from Apple or Google Play
Check that you are signed into the account used for the original purchase. Apple recommends checking the receipt and statement to identify the actual billing company; Google recommends checking other Google Accounts. If neither platform shows the subscription, the billing may be direct or handled by another processor.
You deleted the account or app but charges continue
Deletion and uninstallation are not cancellation confirmation. Locate the billing provider from the statement and complete its cancellation process, then retain the confirmation.
If a charge appears after you canceled
- Check whether you completed cancellation and whether the charge date falls after the confirmed effective date.
- Contact the billing provider with your confirmation number and ask it to verify in writing that recurring billing is disabled.
- If a new charge was processed after confirmed cancellation, contact your bank or card issuer and explain the timeline.
- Dispute only charges that are unauthorized or incorrectly processed. A refund request, a request to stop future recurring payments, a merchant dispute, and a fraud claim are different actions.
Replacing or locking a card is not a dependable substitute for cancellation: a subscription can remain active, and some recurring-payment systems may receive updated card credentials. Ask the billing provider to cancel; involve your bank as an additional payment-control or dispute route when appropriate.
Free trials, privacy, and users outside the United States
For a trial, use the renewal deadline stated in your receipt or account and cancel before it. Apple’s general subscription guidance says to cancel a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends; that timing guidance is not a universal deadline for every billing route.

Shared devices may retain browser history or saved passwords. Account deletion does not guarantee that banks, payment processors, or platforms erase their own transaction records.
The detailed processor and support information here is U.S.-oriented. Outside the United States, payment routes, support channels, refund rules, and consumer rights may differ. Check the terms and consumer-protection rules that apply where you live, and contact the billing provider named on your own statement.
