La tercera temporada de Top Chef VIP se estrenó en Telemundo el 21 de mayo de 2024, con Galeano entre sus participantes. Cadena SER informó el 17 de abril de 2025 que había quedado en segundo lugar, por lo que no debe presentársele como ganador.

Telemundo publicó el 28 de junio de 2024 un video de una preparación suya titulada «Falso caldo de camarón sinaloense estilo Paty Navidad con islas flotantes mediterráneas». En otro video, publicado el 30 de julio de 2024 durante la gran final, la cadena mostró su plato «María Margarita», descrito como una falsa margarita. Los títulos documentan propuestas presentadas en el concurso; no son recetas publicadas para reproducir en casa.

En un perfil actualizado el 4 de julio de 2024, People en Español reprodujo una publicación de Instagram de Galeano sobre su participación: «Es una experiencia increíble estar aquí. Brutal. Jamás pensé que podría aprender, disfrutar y ganar tantas cosas como estoy ganando, sobre todo buenos amigos que me voy a llevar para el resto de mi vida».

En una entrevista realizada en Algeciras y publicada por Cadena SER el 17 de abril de 2025, Galeano habló de su regreso a España tras rodar telenovelas en México y dijo que había dedicado tres años a escribir. Para entonces tenía escrita una obra de teatro en la que quería ser protagonista y esperaba rodar una serie sobre Algeciras. La entrevista da cuenta de proyectos anunciados en ese momento; no confirma que la obra se haya estrenado ni que la serie se haya rodado.
