On WWE Raw on November 8, 2021, Raw announcer Corey Graves pinned Akira Tozawa at ringside to win the WWE 24/7 Championship. Fellow announcer Byron Saxton immediately pinned Graves, making Saxton the new champion. The report described both victories as the announcers’ first 24/7 Title wins.
How Corey Graves and Byron Saxton won the title
The championship changed hands in a rapid sequence during the episode. After Akira Tozawa pinned Drake Maverick, Graves pinned Tozawa at ringside. Saxton then pinned Graves, taking the title from him.
The report recounts WWE announcing Saxton’s win with the post: “BRYON SAXTON IS THE NEW #247CHAMPION!!!” The quoted post spells his name “BRYON”; Saxton’s name is Byron.
