The Songwriters Hall of Fame credits him with writing and producing songs including “For the Love of You,” “Between the Sheets” and “Fight the Power.”
From Isley-Jasper-Isley to a solo career
After the six-member Isley Brothers lineup disbanded in 1984, Jasper formed Isley-Jasper-Isley with Ernie and Marvin Isley.
