Fisher appointed as trustee. The case is in the court’s Baltimore Division, case number 25-10308. The court’s case page lists the current status.

- It had commitments for up to $41 million in debtor-in-possession financing.
- Alliance Game Distributors had a $39 million stalking-horse bid.
- Diamond had received a non-binding letter of intent to buy Diamond UK.
A stalking-horse bid is an initial offer used to set a baseline in a sale process; the announcement’s figure should not be read as the final sale price. Likewise, a non-binding letter of intent is not a completed purchase. The official case summary and FAQ do not establish final sale terms, how inventory was disposed of, or recovery rates for creditors. Those details require checking later filings on the case docket.

A general summary of the bankruptcy cannot determine an individual claim, payment, or legal right. The court FAQ states: “The Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office cannot provide legal advice.” It advises people with questions about how the case affects their legal rights to consult an attorney. For case-specific information, start with the current case page and docket, then seek advice from a qualified lawyer if you need to assess your position.
