Why is the Perth concert not going ahead?
Frontier Touring, the promoter, says the Australia and New Zealand tour was cancelled and lists the Perth event as cancelled. Its statement reads: “Frontier Touring regret to advise that Childish Gambino’s upcoming tour of Australia and New Zealand has been cancelled.” The promoter’s event page provides the current status.
What should ticket holders do?
Frontier Touring says tickets will be refunded automatically in full to the original payment method, so ticket holders do not need to take action. The promoter advises allowing approximately 30 business days for the refund to appear. For questions about an individual booking or a refund that has not arrived, check the promoter’s event page and contact the ticket seller using the order details.
