The Associated Press reported that she testified Combs raped her after she ended their relationship. NPR’s account summarized her testimony as describing fear and violence in the relationship. These are accounts attributed to Ventura; they should not be treated as independently established findings about every allegation.

Where the second day fit in her testimony
Ventura began testifying on May 13, 2025, and continued the following day. May 14 was not the end of her appearance: she testified for four days in total and finished on May 16, the Associated Press reported.
How the trial verdict differed from the allegations
The jury’s later verdict provides important context, but it was separate from the testimony given on May 14. On July 2, 2025, TIME reported that Combs was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking and convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution. The verdict should not be recast as a jury finding that every statement Ventura made was true or false.
