A complaint copy received by New York’s electronic filing system on January 26, 2024, describes alleged unwanted kissing and touching; a later report on a signed affidavit quoted Manzo as saying Glanville “forcibly fondled my vagina.” These are allegations, not court findings. The complaint copy itself says it had not yet been reviewed and approved by the County Clerk and could be rejected.
What Manzo alleged in the court papers
The complaint names Manzo as the plaintiff and describes an alleged incident during filming of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco. It alleges unwanted kissing and touching and claims that production-side defendants enabled the conduct or failed to stop it. The complaint copy was received by the New York State Courts Electronic Filing system on January 26, 2024, but carries a notice that it had not been reviewed and approved by the County Clerk and could be rejected. Its account is therefore a plaintiff’s allegation in a complaint copy, not an established finding by a court. Read the complaint copy on NYSCEF.
The complaint alleges that Glanville held Manzo down on a sofa and blocked her escape. It also includes the allegation that another cast member yelled, “Get her Brandi!” The document’s description should be read as the plaintiff’s account, not as a judicial determination.
What the affidavit report said
On June 1, 2024, PEOPLE, in a report syndicated by Yahoo Entertainment, reported that Manzo made the claim in a signed affidavit and quoted her as saying Glanville “forcibly fondled my vagina.” That wording is Manzo’s reported allegation. How Glanville and producer Lisa Shannon were reported to respond
Glanville’s denial
Entertainment Tonight reported that Glanville denied the allegations, calling them “demonstrably false.” That is her reported response, not a court ruling. Read Entertainment Tonight’s report.
Shannon’s account
Entertainment Tonight also reported an account attributed to executive producer Lisa Shannon in a court-document statement. Shannon reportedly said Manzo told production she felt “disrespected,” rather than sexually violated; wanted to keep filming; and did not want Glanville sent home. This is a distinct account attributed to Shannon, not an adjudicated finding about what happened.

What is established—and what is not
The materials described here establish that Manzo made allegations in a complaint copy and, according to the June 2024 report, in a signed affidavit; they also report Glanville’s denial and Shannon’s account. They do not establish that the alleged conduct occurred, resolve the conflicting accounts, or show a court finding on the claims.
A September 2026 report said Manzo discussed suing Bravo, Peacock, and a production company on a podcast. That report provides context about her public comments; it does not establish the current docket status or outcome of her case. The sources available here do not establish the lawsuit’s procedural status as of October 8, 2026. A separate New York decision involving another plaintiff is not evidence of a ruling in Manzo’s case.
