Como a ordem foi definida
Segundo o gshow, a Liga-SP definiu por sorteio, em junho, a ordem do Grupo Especial. A Mocidade Alegre, campeã paulistana de 2023, foi a única escola autorizada pelo regulamento a escolher em qual noite desfilaria.

Datas da apuração e do desfile das campeãs
A apuração estava prevista para terça-feira, 13 de fevereiro de 2024, às 16h. O desfile das campeãs foi marcado para sábado, 17 de fevereiro. A Prefeitura de São Paulo informou que a programação desse desfile reuniria as cinco escolas mais bem colocadas do Grupo Especial e as duas melhores do Grupo de Acesso 1; veja o comunicado municipal de 16 de fevereiro.
Acessibilidade no Sambódromo em 2024
Em comunicado publicado em 9 de fevereiro, a Prefeitura informou melhorias no Sambódromo, incluindo corrimãos, piso podotátil, barras e sinalização nos sanitários. Também anunciou intérpretes de Libras nos carros de som junto às escolas do Grupo Especial e do Acesso I durante os desfiles. Os detalhes constam no comunicado municipal sobre acessibilidade.
