Drake was reported at two Cottesloe venues in February 2025: first having drinks with friends at Gibney, then at Cottesloe Beach Hotel (CBH). Time Out Australia connected the visit to his Anita Max Win Tour stop in Perth. The accounts do not establish the exact day or independently confirm the sighting.
Where was Drake reported in Cottesloe?
Time Out Australia’s account says Drake was spotted having drinks with friends at Gibney Cottesloe, then that the group went on to Cottesloe Beach Hotel. The report places the sightings in February 2025 but does not give an exact date or time. Time Out Australia’s celebrity dining guide is the fuller accessible account.
An Australian Online News item dated February 2, 2025, also refers to Drake grabbing a drink with friends and fans flocking to CBH. Its visible syndicated text is cut off mid-sentence and links to The West Australian as the original article, so it does not supply further detail about what happened. The item’s publication date should not be treated as the date of the visit. Read the Australian Online News item.
How did the Cottesloe visit relate to Drake’s Perth shows?
Time Out associates Drake’s February 2025 visit with the Anita Max Win Tour and reports that he played two sold-out shows at RAC Arena. It does not provide a ticket count, and the accessible account does not display a publication date beside the Gibney item. Time Out Australia’s report is the source for both the tour connection and the sold-out description.
What is Gibney Cottesloe?
Gibney’s current official website describes the venue as a brasserie grill overlooking Cottesloe Beach. Its website lists several dining formats, including main dining, terrace dining, terrace lounge, bar dining and a lounge bar. These are present-day details and do not establish which arrangements were available during Drake’s reported visit. Visit Gibney’s official website.
The venue’s current contact page lists its address as 40 Marine Parade, Cottesloe WA 6011. See Gibney’s contact details.

What is confirmed—and what is not?
The accessible accounts attribute the sighting to reporting; they are not official confirmation from Drake or either venue. The sources reviewed contain no statement from Drake, Gibney or Cottesloe Beach Hotel confirming his attendance. They also do not establish the precise timing, what the group ordered, or further details of the visit.
CBH is the second venue named in the reports. The fact that both venues feature in the same account does not establish that Gibney and Cottesloe Beach Hotel are affiliated.
