Not conclusively. Lynne can surprise Noor, and a powerful magical attack has left him unconscious in a specific scene. That shows she can affect him under those circumstances; it does not establish that she is stronger overall. “Power levels” is an informal comparison here: the official descriptions cited do not give the characters a shared numeric scale or definitive ranking. The name is spelled “Lynne” in the official English listing, though the question uses “Lynn.”

What the story establishes about Noor

J-Novel Club’s official English series listing identifies Noor as the protagonist and describes him as a young man who believes his skills are useless. Its synopsis says he can parry thousands of swords in a single breath. That feat is presented as part of the story’s contrast between Noor’s low opinion of himself and what he can actually do—not as a numerical power rating.

The same listing describes Lynne as the princess of the Kingdom of Clays. Its first-volume synopsis also uses the name “Lynneburg.” The publisher frames her story role in the context of an assassination attempt and a political crisis, rather than providing a formal comparison of her strength with Noor’s. What Lynne’s attack proves—and what it does not

A Crunchyroll News report dated August 22, 2024, describes anime key art showing Lynne’s powerful magical attack hitting Noor from behind and leaving him unconscious. It is evidence that her magic can overcome him in that situation. It does not show how the two compare in a direct, prepared fight, nor does one successful attack settle an overall ranking.

The circumstances matter: Noor is known for parrying attacks, while the reported image depicts him being struck from behind. A surprise hit is not the same thing as demonstrating that Lynne can consistently overpower his defense. The report is about anime key art, not a comprehensive account of every version or later event in the story. Crunchyroll News’ August 22, 2024 report

How to compare their abilities fairly

Question What the cited material supports
Can Lynne’s magic hurt Noor? Yes, in the reported anime image, an attack from behind leaves him unconscious.
Does that prove she is stronger overall? No. A single surprise attack does not establish the result of a direct matchup or an overall ranking.
What is Noor’s defining feat? J-Novel Club’s synopsis says he can parry thousands of swords in a single breath.
Are there official numeric power levels? None are established in the cited official descriptions; they present character framing and feats, not a shared scale.

These claims also belong to different kinds of evidence: the parrying feat comes from the publisher’s series synopsis, while the attack description comes from a 2024 report about anime key art. Neither source provides a complete, version-by-version matchup. Treat claims about a particular later light-novel or manga event separately from what the anime report shows.

Verdict: a dangerous opponent, not a proven superior

Lynne can catch Noor off guard and has demonstrated magic capable of knocking him unconscious in the reported anime scenario. Noor, meanwhile, is framed by the publisher as far more capable than he believes, with extraordinary parrying as his signature feat. The available evidence supports saying Lynne can threaten him; it does not support saying she surpasses him overall or assigning either character a numerical power level.
