Meg Fink and Mason Horacek were reported to be officially dating in August 2025, but the available updates do not confirm whether they are still together today, October 8, 2026. Netflix’s later December 2025 account described them as close friends who remained open to the possibility of a relationship.
What was their status at the Season 8 reunion?
At the March 2025 reunion, Meg and Mason said they were no longer dating and described themselves as best friends. Cosmopolitan reported that Mason said they had tried dating several times during the previous year, but something felt off, so they chose friendship. Cosmopolitan’s reunion coverage was published March 10, 2025.

When were they reported to be dating?
MPR News reported on August 8, 2025, that Meg and Mason were officially dating. That update came after the reunion and reflected a later point in their relationship; it does not by itself establish their status now. MPR News’ cast update was published August 8, 2025.
What did Netflix say about them later?
In a December 4, 2025 cast update, Netflix Tudum described Meg and Mason as close friends and did not present them as a confirmed couple. Meg said they were in a “gray area,” taking things day by day, maintaining a close friendship, and remaining open to the possibility of becoming something more. Mason described them as “best friends” who hung out and talked nearly every day, and said they were not rushing into anything. Netflix Tudum’s Season 8 update provides that later account.

So, are Mason and Meg still together?
The latest located reporting does not confirm whether they are still together on October 8, 2026. The clearest timeline is that they said they were friends at the March 2025 reunion, were reported dating in August, and were described by Netflix in December as close friends open to a future relationship. Without a newer confirmation, it would be inaccurate to call them a couple today.
