Call of Duty’s Fallout crossover was officially announced in January 2026 and launched on January 8 as part of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone Season 01 Reloaded. It brought Fallout-themed limited-time modes, a map variant, event rewards and a store bundle to both games. The official announcements confirm the collaboration, but do not establish the origin or timing of any earlier leak.
When did the Fallout crossover launch?
Bethesda announced the collaboration on January 8, 2026, describing limited-time Fallout-themed content coming to Black Ops 7 and Warzone in its announcement. Call of Duty’s January 7 update notice said Season 01 Reloaded would launch January 8 at 9 AM PT across platforms. The event is a past release, not an upcoming crossover.
What was included in the event?
The content was spread across several parts of Black Ops 7 and Warzone, rather than being a single standalone mode. Call of Duty’s Season 01 Reloaded overview describes the experiences by game mode:
Black Ops 7 Endgame: Deathclaw Hunt
Endgame received Deathclaw Hunt, a limited-time world event set in an irradiated, Fallout-inspired area.

Multiplayer added Vault Town, a Fallout-themed take on Nuketown, alongside the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem and Ghoul Infection limited-time modes.

Project RADS brought radiation effects and Fallout-inspired enemies and items to Zombies.

Power Armor Royale was a limited-time Warzone mode built around power armor and radiation zones.
What rewards and cosmetics were announced?
The crossover also included the Fallout Event Pass, Quantum Exchange rewards and a Tracer Pack: Fallout store bundle. Bethesda’s event announcement describes Lucy operator skins and weapon blueprints in the bundle. The announcement does not establish whether the bundle is currently available or give a current price.

Was there a Fallout 76 reward?
Yes. Bethesda offered a separate Fallout 76 promotion: players who completed one Black Ops 7 or Warzone match between January 12 and February 4, 2026 could unlock a Centurion Recruit Helmet in Fallout 76. Players needed to be opted in to Call of Duty marketing emails to receive the code, and Bethesda said delivery could take several days. That eligibility window has passed, so this should not be treated as a currently redeemable offer.

Their official posts do not identify a leaker, describe an earlier leak or verify when any details first circulated. The word “leaked” in the headline therefore should not be read as a claim substantiated by those official announcements.
