Brooklyn Beckham reportedly unfollowed Gordon Ramsay on Instagram after the chef and longtime friend of David and Victoria Beckham spoke publicly about the family rift. Neither the reported timing nor the coverage establishes why Brooklyn changed his follow status.
What happened between Brooklyn Beckham and Gordon Ramsay?
Entertainment outlets reported that Brooklyn Beckham unfollowed Ramsay on Instagram after Ramsay discussed the Beckham family dispute in a February 2026 interview. Marie Claire UK reported the move, while The Standard described it as happening hours after the interview. These accounts report a change in follow status; they do not include a statement from Brooklyn explaining it.
What did Gordon Ramsay say?
In an interview with The Sun, Ramsay urged Brooklyn to reflect on his family ties and spoke positively about David and Victoria Beckham as parents, according to E! News and The Standard. Those comments were Ramsay’s perspective, not an independently established account of the family dispute. Coverage described the interview as taking place while Ramsay promoted his forthcoming Netflix series, Being Gordon Ramsay.
Ramsay has been described as a longtime friend of Brooklyn’s parents. That relationship is relevant context for his comments, but it does not establish what prompted Brooklyn’s reported unfollow.

The wider family-feud context
In January 2026, Brooklyn published a lengthy Instagram statement saying he did not want to reconcile with his parents. He also made allegations about their conduct and their relationship with his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham. Those are Brooklyn’s claims; coverage by the Associated Press and The Daily Beast does not independently establish them.
