What is known about her illness and cause of death?
The cited reports do not identify the illness, the specific procedure, or the clinical course after the November statement. The Foundation’s death announcement gives no cause of death. Descriptions such as “serious illness” should not be treated as a confirmed diagnosis without a named, attributable source.
ANSA’s account characterized the surgery as a minor procedure that had gone particularly well, attributing that description to Bardot’s office. It is an account of the office’s statement, not an independent medical assessment.
