Brandon Jenner and Leah Jenner’s divorce settlement was reported in July 2019. The reports said they would share joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Eva, and described monthly support, a payment tied to the Malibu home, and a division of other assets. The terms below are historical reporting, not confirmation of current payment or custody arrangements.
What the reports said about custody
Us Weekly and The Blast reported that Brandon and Leah agreed to joint legal and physical custody of Eva. A syndicated People account additionally said their holidays and vacations would be divided evenly.

Reported support payments
Us Weekly and The Blast reported monthly spousal support of $2,000 through December 31, 2021, and monthly child support of $2,000 until Eva turned 18. These are terms reported in 2019; they do not establish whether payments continued, changed, or ended later. The reports do not support calculating a total child-support amount.
The Malibu home and other assets
The reports said Brandon kept the Malibu home. The Blast specified that he would pay Leah $540,000 in connection with the home and characterized the payment as tax-free; Us Weekly described the amount as more than $500,000. The underlying court filing was not directly reviewed for this account, so the exact amount and tax characterization are attributed to The Blast.

Both outlets also reported that the former couple divided their gold coin collection and royalties from their music act, Brandon & Leah. Their reported vehicle allocations were:
- Leah: a 2017 Cadillac XT5.
- Brandon: a 2014 Cadillac Escalade, a 1976 Ford F-2450, and a 1965 Ford Mustang.
When the separation and divorce were reported
- July 10, 2018: The syndicated People account identified this as the separation date listed in court documents.
- September 2018: Us Weekly reported that the couple announced their separation on Instagram and that Leah filed for divorce two weeks later, citing irreconcilable differences. The outlet reproduced their joint statement: “It is with love in our hearts that we feel it’s time to share some personal news with you all. After celebrating 14 beautiful years together, we have lovingly come to the decision to end the romantic aspect of our relationship.” They also said their friendship was “stronger than ever.”
- July 15, 2019: The syndicated People account said court documents listed this as the date the dissolution took effect.
- July 25–26, 2019: The Blast and Us Weekly published their settlement reports. The publication dates are distinct from the reported July 15 dissolution date.
What was said about coparenting afterward
In February 2020, Linda Thompson told Us Weekly, “Everybody’s very friendly,” describing Brandon and Leah as working together on coparenting at that time. That comment reflects her statement in 2020, not a current assessment of their relationship.
