Jimmy Cliff and Erykah Badu are both listed in the cast of the 1999 music special One Love: The Bob Marley All-Star Tribute. The archival track credits also place Badu on “No More Trouble” and Badu with Cliff on “No Woman, No Cry.” The available sources document Wyclef Jean as a writer reflecting on Marley, but do not establish a specific Snoop Dogg tribute performance, recording or song.
Jimmy Cliff and Erykah Badu in the 1999 all-star tribute
Netflix lists One Love: The Bob Marley All-Star Tribute as a 1999 music title and includes Jimmy Cliff and Erykah Badu in its cast, alongside Queen Latifah, Tracy Chapman, Eve, Ben Harper, Toots Hibbert and Lauryn Hill. The listing establishes their connection to the special; it is a cast record, not a critical assessment of their performances. Netflix’s title listing notes that availability may vary by country.
Track-level credits
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame catalog excerpt gives more specific recording credits: Badu is credited on “No More Trouble,” and Badu with Cliff on “No Woman, No Cry.” These are catalog credits for tracks associated with the tribute recording. The Rock Hall catalog entry is the source for those song details.
Jimmy Cliff’s earlier connection to Marley
Cliff’s link to Marley predates the tribute special. Marley’s official history says Desmond Dekker introduced Marley to Cliff, who was then a young singer. That account documents an early musical acquaintance; it is separate from Cliff’s later appearance in the 1999 all-star tribute. Bob Marley’s official history describes the connection.

Wyclef Jean’s documented tribute is written, not an onstage credit
Marley’s official history recounts a 2004 Rolling Stone “100 Greatest Artists of All Time” entry that included an excerpt written by Wyclef Jean. The history quotes Jean: “It’s hard to compare [Marley] to other musicians, because music was just one part of what he was.” This is evidence of a written reflection on Marley, not proof that Jean performed in the 1999 special or at another tribute event. The official history attributes the excerpt to Jean.
Snoop Dogg: no specific tribute appearance established here
A Rolling Stone Germany search result mentions Snoop Dogg in a general roundup of Marley tributes, but the returned excerpt does not name a performance, song or recording. That mention is not enough to identify a particular tribute appearance. It also does not prove that no such appearance exists; the specific contribution remains unestablished by the available source. The Rolling Stone Germany roundup is the cited reference.
Keep the 2013 GRAMMY tribute separate
Marley’s official history also describes a 2013 GRAMMY all-star tribute, naming Bruno Mars, Sting, Rihanna, Ziggy Marley and Damian Marley in the sequence it recounts. It is a separate event from the 1999 One Love special, and the documented participants do not establish a performance by any of the four artists in this article’s title. The official history describes the 2013 tribute.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame characterizes Marley’s work as joining memorable melodies with social justice, Rastafarianism and resistance. Its 1994 Hall of Fame essay quotes U2’s Bono: “These were love songs you could admit listening to. Hard but healing, politics without rhetoric, songs of freedom where that word meant something again.” The remarks offer broad context for Marley’s music, not evidence of what a particular performer intended in a tribute. The Hall of Fame profile provides that context.
