The filing is not proof that their divorce was finalized; the case’s current disposition has not been verified.
What the 2022 filing said
PEOPLE’s Dave Quinn reported that court documents obtained by the publication cited “irreconcilable differences.” The report said the couple were working together in private mediation on spousal support and the division of property and assets. It did not report a mediation outcome.
The report described their marriage as nearly 24 years long. It said they married on December 19, 1998, and that Cybele filed on October 2, 2022.
What Adam Pascal said
In a statement to PEOPLE, Adam Pascal said: “Cybele and I have decided to go our separate ways. We do so with love and friendship. We look forward to this next chapter of our lives as friends and co-parents.”
What was reported about their family
PEOPLE reported that the couple have two adult sons. The documents reviewed by the publication did not list a custody arrangement; that absence does not establish that a custody dispute existed.
