Brooks Nader said she was still legally married to estranged husband Billy Haire in a TikTok posted January 20, 2025. That post confirms what she said then—not her current legal status: the available reporting does not establish whether their divorce was finalized afterward.
What Brooks Nader said about being married
On January 20, 2025, Nader posted a TikTok with Gleb Savchenko captioned, “Plot twist: still legally married.” E! News reported the next day that the caption confirmed she remained legally married to Haire at that time, while their divorce had not yet been settled. E! News’ report was published January 21, 2025, and shown as updated March 26, 2026.
When Nader and Haire separated
E! News reported that Nader and Haire married in December 2019 and announced their separation in May 2024, after living apart for months. The report attributed the description of the split as “amicable” to Nader’s representative speaking to People; it is an attributed characterization, not an independently verified account of their private circumstances.
Why Gleb Savchenko was part of the story
Nader and Savchenko were paired on season 33 of Dancing With the Stars. E! News said they sparked romance rumors and confirmed their relationship with a kiss in September 2024. The January 2025 report described the relationship as on-and-off during the period it covered. In September, Nader told E! News, “We’re just having fun honestly,” and “and you know, just living our life.” Those remarks describe that moment, not their present relationship status. E! News reported these details; they do not establish that Savchenko had any connection to the status of Nader’s divorce.
What is—and is not—known about her status now
The TikTok is evidence of what Nader said about her legal status in January 2025. The cited report does not verify whether the divorce was finalized afterward, so it cannot establish whether she is legally married as of October 2026. A later court-status update or statement would be needed to answer that current question.
