Beyoncé’s solo studio albums ranked by estimated global EAS
The table ranks the eight solo studio albums listed by ChartMasters, using its estimates accessed October 8, 2026. EAS combines album consumption with equivalents derived from physical and digital singles and streaming. It is therefore an all-format estimate, not a pure-sales ranking or an audited worldwide tally.

Why the answer depends on what “sold” means
There is no single official worldwide lifetime pure-sales table for these solo studio albums in the sources available here. A ranking of physical or digital album purchases would count a narrower set of transactions than an EAS estimate, which also includes equivalents from singles and streams. On ChartMasters’ measure, I Am… Sasha Fierce takes the top spot after those other consumption categories are included; Dangerously in Love has the strongest studio-album EAS component.

Other published figures answer different questions. National chart units describe activity in a particular market, while certifications indicate that a release reached a market-specific threshold. Neither should be added to global EAS or described as a worldwide copy count.
What the UK figures show
The Official Charts Company’s UK-specific article reports these chart-unit totals, and identifies I Am… Sasha Fierce as Beyoncé’s largest physical seller in the UK:

Renaissance’s 2022 chart debut
In an August 9, 2022 release, Sony Music Canada said Renaissance debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 and Canadian Billboard Albums Chart and entered at number one in the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Australia, Denmark, New Zealand, South Africa, and Brazil. French certifications
France’s SNEP database lists Renaissance as platinum, Lemonade as gold, and Dangerously in Love as double gold, with release and observation dates shown in the database. These are French certification levels, not counts that can be combined into a global total. Check the SNEP certification database.
Sales charts and all-format charts
IFPI distinguishes its Global Album Chart, which spans physical sales, digital downloads, and streaming, from its separate Global Album Sales Chart. The distinction is important: an all-format consumption measure and sales of albums alone are different ways to rank releases. See IFPI’s chart definitions.
