If you mean sheep toys that can be posed, the clearest match is the Calico Critters Sheep Family: its four flocked characters have jointed arms and legs, rotating heads, and removable clothes. For realistic farm scenes, consider Schleich’s three-sheep set or Toymany’s eight-piece family; the listings describe these as figurines, not articulated action figures. Wooden sheep offer a different, open-ended play option.
What counts as a sheep action figure?
Articulation is the useful dividing line. A figure with jointed limbs or a rotating head can be posed for character-led play. Many sheep toys are instead fixed-pose animal figurines: they can suit farm role-play, display, or collecting, but the product descriptions cited here do not establish that they move.
That distinction matters because “action figure” can suggest more movement than most sheep toys provide. Of the options below, Calico Critters explicitly lists articulation. The other choices are best considered figurines or wooden animal toys unless a current listing confirms otherwise.

Poseable sheep for character-based play
Calico Critters Sheep Family
This is the strongest fit if you specifically want sheep figures that can be posed. The Target listing names four characters—Barbara, Danny, Winton, and Lona—and describes flocked figures with jointed arms and legs, rotating heads, and removable clothing. Adult figures are approximately 3 inches tall; the younger figures are approximately 2.25 inches. Those sizes may help you judge whether they suit an existing small-world or dollhouse setup, but compatibility with a particular playset is not established.

Realistic sheep for farm scenes and collecting
Schleich Farm World Sheep Friends
Walmart describes Sheep Friends as a three-figure set of realistic sheep with lifelike detail, suitable for play, display, or collecting, and recommends it for ages 3+. The listing does not establish articulation, so treat these as animal figurines rather than poseable action figures. A separate Tractor Supply listing covers an individual Schleich sheep figure if you need a single animal rather than a set.

Toymany 8-Piece Merino Sheep Family
Toymany lists eight figurines: a light-haired ram, ewe, and two lambs, plus a dark-haired ram, ewe, and two lambs. That larger group is a practical choice when the goal is to populate a farm scene with adults and young sheep. The cited product page calls them figurines; it does not establish that they articulate.
