Has Gary King returned to Below Deck Sailing Yacht?
No return has been confirmed in the sources available. TV Insider reported on January 29, 2026, that Bravo had not announced Season 6 plans. The outlet quoted Bravo unscripted executive Noah Samton, speaking in November 2025, as saying, “At the moment, Below Deck Sailing Yacht is not happening.” He also described the status as uncertain: “Everything is always in the conversation, and nothing is ever an official pause. It’s very much a ‘we’ll see.’” Those comments reflect what was reported at the time; they are not a current confirmation of cancellation or a later return. TV Insider’s report on the show’s status.
Bravo’s current shows page features other Below Deck programming and identifies Peacock as the streaming home of Bravo shows, but it does not announce a Sailing Yacht renewal. Platform identification alone does not confirm that a particular season is available in every country; check Peacock or local listings for current regional availability.
What allegations have been reported?
TV Insider reported that Samantha Suarez, a makeup artist who worked on the series, alleged that King behaved inappropriately toward her during Season 4 production in 2022. Her account included an alleged incident after she brought food and water to his room while he was intoxicated. These are Suarez’s allegations as reported by the outlet, not established findings. How did Gary King respond?
TV Insider reported that King denied Suarez’s accusations in an Instagram post during Season 5’s 2024 airing. The outlet reproduced his description of the claims as “lies” and quoted this sentence from the post: “Scary how ones persons lies can ruin someone’s career and livelihood.” That is King’s reported response, not a court determination about the events.
What happened with the lawsuit?
According to TV Insider, Suarez and Grey Duddleston sued King, NBCUniversal, Bravo, 51 Minds, and other defendants in February 2025. The reported complaint includes claims of sexual battery, assault, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and emotional distress. These are claims made in a lawsuit, not findings that the defendants committed the alleged conduct.

MyNewsLA reported on August 22, 2025, that company defendants were seeking dismissal of Suarez’s claims and arbitration of Duddleston’s claims. That account described arguments and proceedings scheduled at the time; it does not establish a final ruling on the merits or resolution of the case.
