Arsenal’s famous supporters include musicians, actors, athletes and broadcasters—but there is no official or objective ranking of who is most famous or most devoted. This curated ten reflects public prominence alongside the strength and recency of the available evidence, from match attendance and direct statements to public celebrations. The order is editorial, not definitive.
How this list is judged
Fame and football loyalty do not share a common measuring scale. The Premier League’s 16 March 2026 roundup makes Dua Lipa its Arsenal pick and names a wider celebrity roster; other reporting documents supporters and specific public actions. The selection below weighs public prominence, the kind of evidence available, and its recency. A named roster mention does not establish lifelong support, while one celebration shows only that public action.
Arsenal’s 10 most famous fans
-
Dua Lipa
The Premier League names the singer as its Arsenal pick and reports that she cheered the team at Emirates Stadium on 30 December and attended its Champions League match against Real Madrid the previous April. Those reported appearances make her one of the strongest contemporary examples of a celebrity supporter with documented match attendance. Premier League
-
Idris Elba
The actor and musician gave a direct declaration of support in a WIRED interview released 25 April 2024: “I support the one and only Arsenal football team,” adding that it was “the best football team in England.” The Guardian also names him among notable Arsenal supporters. WIRED · The Guardian

Why the order is not definitive
The evidence is not equivalent across the ten: it includes a direct statement from Elba, reported match attendance for Lipa, public celebrations reported for several others, and roster or cultural-reporting mentions. The sources provide no shared fame scores, measure of fan commitment, or basis for calling all ten lifelong supporters. The list is therefore a transparent editorial selection, not a ranking of who is objectively most famous or most loyal.
