- Arrive early. The venue recommends early arrival to make use of scheduled shows and interactive experiences.
- Check the ticket terms. Official terms say a ticket is valid for its reservation day, and guided attractions, rides and shows are allowed once. Plan around the schedule rather than assuming you can repeat an attraction.
- Pack for the weather. Heavy rain may affect outdoor activities, while indoor attractions and shows continue. The venue recommends umbrellas, raincoats and jackets in rainy conditions; these are seasonal considerations, not year-round essentials.
- Plan meals within the rules. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except food for infants aged 0–3. Confirm food options included in the package or available at the venue.
Review the venue’s terms and conditions and FAQ before travelling, since schedules and operating details can change.
Photography and recording rules
The official package page prohibits professional photography. It also says cameras beyond DSLR specifications (18–55 mm) and other recording instruments are not permitted. Check the current rules before bringing equipment; photography gear is not a dependable reason to upgrade or add to a visit.
