Tehran is officially returning for season four: Apple announced the renewal on December 4, 2025, and said production was underway. But there is no confirmed premiere date, and the available reporting does not establish the production’s status after February 2026.
Is Tehran coming back for season 4?
Yes. Apple announced the renewal on December 4, 2025, and said season four was in production at that time. The announcement did not give a release date or episode schedule. Apple’s announcement is the official confirmation of the renewal and production status.
When does Tehran season 4 come out?
No season-four premiere date has been confirmed in the sources available here. Apple’s December announcement provided no timing, and the Associated Press report on filming in February 2026 did not announce a schedule. A release date, including whether episodes will arrive weekly, should therefore be treated as unknown rather than inferred from season three’s rollout.
What happened to season-four production?
On February 16, 2026, the Associated Press reported that co-creator and producer Dana Eden was in Greece for season-four filming when she died. AP also reported that Eden’s production company, Donna and Shula Productions, rejected rumors that her death was criminal or nationally motivated as “false and unfounded.” That reporting establishes the filming context at the time; it does not say whether production continued afterward.
