A contemporaneous People en Español report described the birth as coming two days after Anuel AA’s civil wedding to Yailín La Más Viral. Other coverage puts the wedding on June 10, making the exact interval uncertain.
What happened on June 13, 2022
Vallecilla announced Gianella’s birth on Instagram. People en Español reproduced her caption: “Welcome babygirl,” followed by, “Thanks for bringing us so much happiness! We love you!” The outlet reported at the time that Anuel had not commented on the birth.

The headline’s two-day timeline comes from People en Español’s contemporaneous coverage. It is not a settled date calculation because published accounts disagree about when Anuel and Yailín married.
Why published accounts give different wedding dates
| Report | Wedding date given | What it says about the timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Diario Libre, June 10, 2022 | June 10, 2022 | Reported that the couple married civilly in Santo Domingo. |
| People en Español, June 13, 2022 | June 11, 2022 | Described the civil union as having occurred June 11; its later birth report called Gianella’s birth two days after the wedding. |
These contemporaneous reports differ by one day. A later ¡HOLA! account gives yet another chronology, saying Gianella was born June 13 and Anuel married Yailín three days later, which would place the wedding on June 16. That conflicts with the June 10 and June 11 dates above, so it does not resolve the discrepancy.

What Vallecilla said about her relationship with Anuel
People en Español reported that Vallecilla told journalist Tanya Charry she met Anuel at a party hosted by Drake in Houston and informed him of her pregnancy. The outlet also attributed to Vallecilla the account that Anuel had expressed support before meeting Yailín, then stopped communicating. Those details are her reported account, not independently established facts.
The June 2022 story also referred to Vallecilla discussing a purported 99.9% paternity-test result on a television program. That figure should not be treated as an independently verified test result: the underlying test and original broadcast are not established in the cited coverage.

Anuel publicly acknowledged Gianella in April 2023
The birth announcement and Anuel’s later public acknowledgment were separate events. In April 2023, Telemundo reported that he acknowledged Gianella as his daughter in social-media posts and comments, following an extended paternity dispute.
Telemundo reproduced one of his comments in Spanish: “No puedo ni dejaré ninguna hija abandonada NUNCA, no importan las circunstancias de cómo paso todo… mi corazón no me da la opción de abandonar y no amar una hija”. The outlet also reported that he wrote that Gianella was his daughter and that he loved her, although he had not yet seen her. The quotation is attributed to Anuel as reproduced by Telemundo.
