The Rio shoot reported in January 2023 became Anitta’s “Funk Rave,” released on June 23, 2023. Universal Music Brasil identified Favela Tijuquinha as a filming location and described the video as a tribute to early-2000s funk culture and Furacão 2000. The sources cited here do not confirm that Chlöe appeared or was featured, so that part of the original claim should be treated as unverified.
What was filmed in Rio?
On January 26, 2023, gshow reported that Anitta had been photographed filming in the Tijuquinha community in Rio’s West Zone. She wore a top bearing the name Furacão 2000, but the report said details about the project had not yet been disclosed. The on-set report therefore did not identify the video as “Funk Rave.” gshow’s January 26 report

The label described the video as drawing on favela life and the funk culture of the early 2000s. Universal Music Brasil’s release announcement
Is Chlöe in the video?
The sources cited here do not confirm Chlöe’s participation. Universal Music Brasil’s announcement and the gshow coverage identify the project and discuss its creative context and participants without naming her. That leaves the claim unverified; it does not establish that she was absent. gshow’s background coverage

How does Furacão 2000 connect to “Funk Rave”?
Furacão 2000 is a Rio funk production company and group. The connection is visible in the January shoot report’s description of Anitta wearing a Furacão 2000 top, and the label later described the video as a tribute to the funk culture of the early 2000s.
Rômulo Costa, Furacão 2000’s president, told gshow that the company was honored by the tribute. He also interpreted the title “Funk Rave” as recalling a Furacão 2000 LP from 1986. That is Costa’s explanation of the title, rather than an independently established account of Anitta’s intent. gshow’s June 24 interview with Costa

Universal Music Brasil said Anitta signed the video’s creative direction and GINGA Pictures handled production. Stylist Daniel Ueda described the approach as drawing on the clothing and styling associated with Anitta’s early career and the 2000s, then updating those references for the present.
The label quoted Anitta describing the setting’s atmosphere as familiar to where she grew up: “O videoclipe resgata o clima do lugar onde eu cresci. Gente reunida, as crianças brincando, música, dança, romance…” The label also reported that much of the background cast were residents of the community and that 160 people were involved in the project.
