Her story sits at the intersection of that short run and a famous family legacy: she was Kerry Von Erich’s daughter and Fritz Von Erich’s granddaughter.
Who was Lacey Von Erich?
Lacey Von Erich was the ring name of Lacey Dawn Adkisson. She was born into the Von Erich wrestling family: her father, Kerry, was a wrestler, and her grandfather, Fritz, was the family patriarch. WWE’s Von Erich family overview provides context for the lineage that followed her into the sport.
That inheritance is an important part of her story, but it is not the whole story. Lacey built a career of her own, moving through developmental wrestling and independent appearances before her most visible period in TNA.
How did her wrestling career develop?
Career summaries place Von Erich’s debut in WWE’s then-developmental Florida Championship Wrestling in September 2007, followed by independent work and a TNA run spanning 2009–2010. These dates come from secondary career profiles rather than an official match database, so they are best treated as a broad outline rather than a complete, authoritative chronology. Online World of Wrestling’s profile summarizes her career.

TNA is the clearest center of her public wrestling career. A contemporaneous 2009 Slam Wrestling interview described her joining The Beautiful People, the faction that helped define her time with the promotion.
What did she achieve in TNA?
A Von Erich family profile credits Lacey as a former TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion. That is a tag-team distinction, not a singles Knockouts Championship; the available profile supports the former credit, not the latter. WWE’s family profile lists her championship achievement.

Her place in The Beautiful People and the tag-team championship credit are the most clearly established milestones of her TNA period. They give a concrete measure of her work without overstating her record or turning a short career into a claim of broader singles dominance.
Why was her career brief?
A profile records Von Erich’s retirement in 2010, though the available sources do not establish an authoritative date for her final match. In a 2021 report, Wrestling Inc. recounted her explanation of the personal circumstances around leaving wrestling, including being approached by WWE while she had a three-month-old child and her decision to leave TNA. That is her later recollection as reported by the outlet, not an independently verified account of every factor behind her departure. Wrestling Inc.’s 2021 report carries that account.
