Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, have three children: Sterling Skye, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, and Golden Raye. Sterling is the eldest, Bronze is their son, and Golden is their youngest daughter.
How many children does Patrick Mahomes have?
Patrick and Brittany Mahomes have three children. ABC News/Good Morning America reported on December 31, 2025, that all three attended Kansas City Chiefs home games with Brittany during the 2025 NFL season. The details below are limited to publicly reported family information and remarks from their parents.
Who are Patrick Mahomes’ children?
| Birth order | Name | Birth date | Publicly reported context |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oldest | Sterling Skye Mahomes | February 20, 2021 | Her name and birth date appeared in Patrick and Brittany’s birth announcement, reproduced by ABC News/Good Morning America. |
| Second | Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III | November 28, 2022, according to the date in the family announcement | The announcement reproduced by ABC News/Good Morning America gives the date as 11/28/22. Its accompanying article text says November 29, 2022, and The Sporting News also reports November 28; the discrepancy is not reconciled in those accounts. |
| Youngest | Golden Raye Mahomes | January 12, 2025 | The Associated Press reported her birth during the Chiefs’ playoff bye week. |
How old are Sterling, Bronze, and Golden?
As of October 8, 2026, Sterling is 5, Bronze is 3, and Golden is 1. Bronze’s exact birth date is reported inconsistently: the family announcement reproduced by ABC News/Good Morning America gives November 28, 2022, while the article’s narrative text gives November 29. For age in completed years, either date makes him 3 on October 8, 2026.
What have Patrick and Brittany said about their children?
Patrick on welcoming Golden
After Golden’s birth, Patrick told reporters on January 14, 2025: “It’s been cool to welcome another baby girl to the family and see how my other kids reacted to her, and have a baby sister and stuff like that. So it’s been a lot of fun,” the Associated Press reported.
