Harley Reid and Yasmin Duursma went public with their relationship in April 2024, when Duursma posted a TikTok featuring the pair. They later split: PerthNow reported in May 2026 that the relationship ended in July 2025. That update also reported that Duursma had shared a post featuring her new boyfriend, Curtis Brown.
How Harley Reid and Yasmin Duursma went public
On 3 April 2024, PerthNow reported that Duursma had posted a TikTok featuring herself and Reid, making their relationship public. The report described Reid as an 18-year-old West Coast Eagles player and Duursma as a 19-year-old AFLW player at the time; those were their ages in 2024, not current ages. PerthNow said the TikTok had received more than 130,000 views, a figure reported at the time rather than an independently audited count. Read PerthNow’s 3 April 2024 report.
PerthNow reproduced the caption as: “Lucky hes rich. and lucky theres noone better than me.” The wording and spelling here follow the caption as printed in that report.
When did they break up?
PerthNow’s 9 May 2026 report said the couple began dating in early 2024 and split in July 2025. A July 2025 report had described split speculation; the later May 2026 story referred to Reid as Duursma’s ex-boyfriend and gave the breakup month. Neither reviewed report supplies a direct explanation from Reid or Duursma, so the reason for the breakup is not established. Read PerthNow’s 9 May 2026 update.

What was reported about Duursma’s new relationship?
The May 2026 PerthNow story reported that Duursma had posted a TikTok featuring her new boyfriend, Curtis Brown. It reproduced the caption “Never laughed so much with someone” and reported on-screen text reading, “There’s not much I love more than spending time with you”. Those details describe the social post as reported by PerthNow; they do not provide a private account of her former relationship with Reid.

The later headline’s reference to Duursma’s brother is separate from the relationship update. AFL.com.au reported on 3 February 2026 that Willem Duursma was living with Reid in Perth. Its story quoted Willem’s older brother, Essendon player Xavier Duursma, saying: “The Eagles, from everything I’ve heard and everything he’s said to me, they’ve done really well so far looking after him.” The living arrangement is context about Willem’s support network at West Coast, not evidence about Reid and Yasmin’s relationship.
