Public reporting documents several episodes and allegations involving Tristan Thompson and Khloé Kardashian, but it cannot establish “every single time” or account for private events. The clearest record includes footage reports from 2017 published in 2018, Jordyn Woods’s account of a kiss in 2019, and Thompson’s admission that he had sex with Maralee Nichols in 2021. Other claims remain disputed or unresolved.
How to read this timeline
The episodes below do not all have the same evidentiary footing. Some were described in media reports about footage; one rests on Woods’s public account; the Nichols episode is supported by court-related reporting and Thompson’s later acknowledgment. Separate allegations about Sydney Chase and Jordan Craig are not established facts in the available reporting.

2017 footage reported in 2018
On April 10, 2018, TMZ published footage that The Independent described as showing Thompson kissing a woman at a Washington, D.C., hookah lounge. TMZ attributed the recording to October 2017, when Kardashian was pregnant, according to The Independent’s timeline. ELLE also describes video coverage in April 2018 and a further clip it dates to October showing Thompson with two women (ELLE’s relationship timeline).
These accounts establish that footage was reported, not a verified count of separate encounters. The reports may refer to related or distinct clips, so they should not be treated as proof of two independent incidents. Kardashian gave birth to True on April 12, 2018.

February 2019: Jordyn Woods’s account of a kiss
In February 2019, reports emerged that Thompson had kissed Jordyn Woods at a party; Kardashian and Thompson later broke up. Woods described what happened on Red Table Talk in March. The Washington Post summarized her account as a single kiss after drinking at a party (The Washington Post’s account).
Woods said Thompson kissed her as she was leaving. That is her account, not proof of sex or a more extensive affair; the sources here do not establish either. The Independent also recounts the breakup following the reports (The Independent’s timeline).
2021: Sydney Chase’s claim and Thompson’s denial
In 2021, Sydney Chase was reported to have claimed she had been involved with Thompson. Thompson denied the claim, according to a January 2022 account by AS USA (AS USA’s report). The claim is not independently documented or resolved in the sources cited here, so it should not be counted as a confirmed episode.
March 2021: Thompson’s admission involving Maralee Nichols
Thompson admitted in court filings that he had sex with Maralee Nichols in Houston on March 13, 2021, while he and Kardashian were together, The Independent reports (The Independent’s timeline). Nichols later gave birth to his son.

He also wrote, “I take full responsibility for my actions,” according to Entertainment Tonight’s reproduction of the Story.

When reports of Thompson’s relationship with Kardashian surfaced in September 2016, he was expecting a child with model Jordan Craig. The Independent notes that Thompson denied cheating on Craig with Kardashian; the available reporting does not resolve whether the relationships overlapped (The Independent’s timeline). This is an unresolved allegation about the start of the relationship, not a confirmed instance of Thompson cheating on Kardashian.

What the public record can—and cannot—establish
- The 2017 footage reports describe public allegations and clips, but do not establish an exhaustive count of encounters.
- Woods publicly described a kiss; the sources here do not establish sex or a longer affair.
- Thompson’s admission and subsequent paternity acknowledgment make the Nichols episode the most directly acknowledged event in this timeline.
- The Sydney Chase claim and the Jordan Craig overlap allegation remain unresolved in the cited reporting.
