Shakira joined Bizarrap as a surprise guest at Coachella on April 12, 2024, performing “Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53” and “La Fuerte.” During the set, she announced the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, initially planned as 14 North American arena shows.
What did Shakira perform with Bizarrap at Coachella?
The pair performed “Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53” and “La Fuerte.” Both songs appear on Shakira’s album Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, linking the surprise set to the album’s release campaign. Sony Music España reported the performance and announcement, and Time’s Coachella recap also identifies Shakira as a surprise guest who performed the two songs.
When did she announce the tour?
Shakira announced the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour during Bizarrap’s Coachella set on April 12, 2024. Contemporaneous Noticias RCN coverage quoted her saying: “Finalmente nos vamos de gira, empezando aquí en noviembre, este año y en esta ciudad.” She was announcing that the tour would begin in November 2024, starting in the city where she was speaking.
What was included in the first tour announcement?
The initial announcement described 14 North American arena shows promoted by Live Nation. That was the announcement-era plan, not a guarantee that the full schedule remained unchanged. For example, the Kaseya Center listed a Shakira performance for November 20, 2024, and also identified Live Nation as promoter. Check Shakira’s official tour hub for the latest dates and availability; schedules can change after an initial announcement.

Which album features both songs?
“La Fuerte” and “Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53” are both on Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, Shakira’s 12th studio album. Sony Music Entertainment México lists 16 tracks on the album, including both songs. The performance therefore featured two tracks from the same 2024 album rather than a separate Bizarrap release.
How to follow the music and tour
- Listen to the recorded songs: Look for both tracks on Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran through your preferred music service.
- Follow live dates: Use Shakira’s official tour hub for current schedule information, then follow its ticket links rather than relying on announcement-era listings.
What happened after the announcement?
In a report dated January 29, 2026, Sony Music Canada said Billboard had confirmed the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour as the highest-grossing Hispanic tour of all time. That is Sony Music Canada’s account of Billboard’s confirmation; because record rankings can change, it should not be treated as an independently verified current record without checking Billboard’s latest status.
