What the timeline establishes—and what it does not
- Established: The concert clip showed Byron, then Astronomer’s CEO, and Cabot, then its chief people officer; the company announced an investigation; and each later resigned.
- Not established by the clip: The nature of their private relationship. Martin’s onstage joke and online speculation do not turn the footage into proof of an affair.
- Separate venue context: Gillette Stadium’s privacy policy says it may capture visitors’ image, voice or likeness, including through CCTV and filming or photography in public locations. That policy describes the venue’s stated practice; it does not establish further details about how this particular clip was recorded or handled.
