White Collar revival work was publicly underway at the script-development stage: creator Jeff Eastin said in June 2024 that he was writing a reboot script, and September reports identified it as White Collar Renaissance. That is not the same as a series order. The available reporting does not confirm that the project has been ordered, is filming, or has a release date.
What is confirmed about the White Collar reboot?
There is evidence of revival discussions and script development, but not of a completed return to television. In November 2023, Matt Bomer described revival talks as “very legitimate” while noting that many things still had to align. At a June 2024 Variety TV Fest panel, creator Jeff Eastin said, “We’re gonna reboot. I’m writing the script.”

In September 2024, TVLine reported that the studio was happy with Eastin’s script, titled White Collar Renaissance, and identified the pilot as “Masquerade.” A script and pilot title are development milestones; they do not confirm that a network or streaming service has ordered a series.
What have the cast said about returning?
At the June 2024 panel, Bomer, Tim DeKay, and Tiffani Thiessen indicated they were in. Bomer said, “I’m in!” DeKay called the script “a fantastic script” and said it answered questions viewers would have after watching the show. These comments signal interest from those actors, but they do not establish current contracts or that the full original cast is attached.

The reports also said the script would honor Willie Garson, who played Mozzie and died in 2021. That does not mean Garson will appear in new footage or episodes.

Is the reboot currently ordered, filming, or dated?
The available reporting does not confirm a series order, buyer, production start, or premiere date. Nor does that absence establish that the project was canceled. The clearest supported description is that the revival was publicly discussed and developed as a script in 2023–24; its current production and distribution status remains unconfirmed.
Why a continuation could return to White Collar’s story
The original series ran on USA Network for six seasons, from 2009 to 2014. It followed Neal Caffrey, a charming con artist working as an FBI informant, and the agent who supervised him, Peter Burke, played by DeKay.
The finale left Neal’s future open. In a USA Network retrospective, Eastin explained that he wanted viewers to imagine Peter continuing to chase Neal and Neal continuing to steal. That open-ended finish gives a continuation room to revisit the characters, but it does not disclose the reboot’s plot.

What to watch for in future updates
The next meaningful confirmation would be an official announcement or reliable trade report establishing a series order, production, or distribution partner. Until then, claims that a specific service has acquired the reboot, that filming is underway, or that a premiere date is set go beyond what these reports establish.
