In the August 11, 2024 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After: No Limits: Tell All segment, he also said he had no concrete evidence that Michael was scamming Angela or behaving unethically in their relationship. Those were Todd’s statements on the show, as reported in a recap—not independently verified findings about Michael’s private conduct.
Did Angela’s investigator find evidence Michael cheated?
No. Asked directly by host Shaun Robinson whether the investigation indicated that Michael was cheating, Todd replied: “I’ve got 160 pages of reports. To answer your question directly, no, there’s not.” The page count was Todd’s on-air description of his report; it is not an independently verified measure of the investigation’s scope or quality.

The quoted exchange is reported by Avery Thompson’s TV Insider/Swooon recap. It reflects what Todd said during the August 11, 2024 Tell All segment, not an independent determination of what happened in the relationship.
What did Todd say about the woman he identified?
Todd said investigators had identified one woman, but he was not sure what her relationship to Michael was. He described her as “not blood-related.” He did not identify her in the reported exchange or say that she was a romantic partner, so her appearance in the investigation does not establish infidelity.

What did he say about scamming or unethical conduct?
When Robinson asked whether he believed Michael was scamming Angela, Todd said he had nothing concrete suggesting Michael was unethical in the relationship: “I don’t have anything concrete that suggests, even implies, that he is an unethical person in terms of a relationship. I don’t. It’s not there.” That is Todd’s reported assessment, not a legal finding or proof of innocence.

The recap says Angela rejected the investigator’s conclusion and walked off, saying, “We didn’t have enough time to get it all.” Her response showed that she was not satisfied with the findings; it does not add evidence to either side of the allegation.

Angela’s daughter Skyla gave a mixed opinion: she said Angela should trust Michael in light of the investigator’s findings, but also thought Angela should leave him, saying, “There’s no intimacy. There’s no relationship there.” Those were Skyla’s views about the relationship, not findings from Todd’s report.
