What is known about the divorce proceedings?
In Touch reported that the first divorce case ended after a nonsuit was filed and granted. The outlet said the couple later had another divorce case, which also ended in a joint nonsuit; that nonsuit was granted on February 16, 2022. In the court documents it reviewed, In Touch said it did not find a final divorce decree.
A nonsuit closes a case without a final decision on the merits. The reported closure of those cases, by itself, does not establish whether the couple later obtained a divorce decree through another filing or proceeding.

Why do accounts of her marital status differ?
In a December 2024 Instagram Stories response to a fan asking whether she was really divorced, Tigerlily said: “I am really divorced from him and I am really married now.” In Touch reported her response and its review of the court documents in the same coverage: In Touch’s report on Tigerlily’s response.
Her statement is her own account; it is not independent confirmation of what a court record says. Conversely, the documents In Touch reviewed reflect what that outlet found at the time, not necessarily any later filing or decree. The available reporting therefore does not verify her current legal status.
