There is no reliable, like-for-like income ranking for all six original Sway House members in the available reporting. Forbes identified Josh Richards, Anthony Reeves, Kio Cyr, Griffin Johnson, Bryce Hall and Jaden Hossler as the collective’s initial lineup in 2020, but its earnings coverage does not provide comparable figures for every member. The evidence supports a roster and a limited account of how some creators made money—not a defensible first-to-sixth ranking.
Who were the six original Sway House members?
Forbes contributor Tom Ward reported that Sway House was founded on January 4, 2020, as a TikTok creator collective associated with TalentX Entertainment. Its six initial members were Josh Richards, Anthony Reeves, Kio Cyr, Griffin Johnson, Bryce Hall and Jaden Hossler. The members lived together in a Bel Air mansion and made social content collaboratively, according to Ward’s account.
This is a snapshot of the original lineup, not a permanent membership list. Forbes reported in August 2020 that Richards had left the collective to take a break. Later coverage also associated Noah Beck with Sway and TalentX. A roster therefore needs a date: “the six” here means the six named in the January 2020 account.
Can their income be ranked?
No—not on the figures established in the cited 2020 reporting. A valid ranking would need earnings for all six over the same period, measured with the same definition and method. The available accounts do not provide that set. They also do not justify filling gaps with net-worth estimates, audience size or assumed sponsorship rates.

Forbes reported that Richards appeared on its inaugural list of TikTok’s top earners. Its August 2020 profile said YouTube advertising made up a third of his estimated earnings. That is a reported estimate about Richards, not a comparable earnings disclosure for the other five, and it does not establish where he ranked relative to the Sway members.

How did Sway creators make money?
The reporting points to several possible revenue channels without adding up any member’s complete income. Forbes described sponsorship deals involving creators represented by TalentX and reported that Bryce Hall co-founded Ani Energy with Richards. Those are examples of commercial activity, not disclosures of each creator’s personal earnings or the venture’s value.
For scale, Forbes reported in August 2020 that TalentX had signed 105 clients. That was a dated company snapshot, not a count of Sway members or a current client total. Forbes also reported that Hall had 26 million followers across platforms in October 2020; that historical audience figure is neither an income measure nor a current follower count.

The Atlantic’s 2020 feature described a broad sponsored-post fee range for creators with one million TikTok followers. That industry context cannot be assigned to a particular Sway member: follower counts, deal terms, platforms and the number of paid posts differ, and the figure was not a six-person earnings comparison.

- Different measures are not interchangeable. Estimated annual earnings, net worth, business ownership and a sponsored-post fee describe different things.
- Different dates do not make a fair comparison. The reporting dates from 2020, and creator audiences and commercial arrangements can change quickly.
- Revenue channels do not reveal take-home income. Advertising, sponsorships and business ventures may involve costs, partners and management arrangements; the cited coverage does not provide full financial statements for the six.
- One person’s estimate cannot stand in for the group. Richards’s Forbes estimate is informative about his reported earnings, but it does not supply the missing figures for the other members.
Josh Richards described the appeal of Sway’s ongoing interpersonal storylines to The Atlantic in 2020: “The audience knew every week there’s going to be something crazy that goes down.” The same feature quoted creator Ahlyssa Velasquez—not a Sway member—saying of influencer work, “People think, Oh she lives in this big mansion and just posts 15-second videos,” and, “It’s a lot harder than it looks.” These observations help explain the content business, but neither provides income data for the six.
