For the week of October 5–11, 2026, Netflix’s U.S. October schedule lists one new season arriving: Haunted Hotel Season 2, on October 9. It does not support the headline’s claim of three shows. The Ramparts of Ice Season 2 is listed for October 1, before this week.
Which Netflix season arrives this week?
Haunted Hotel Season 2 — October 9
Netflix Tudum’s U.S. October calendar, published September 30, lists Haunted Hotel Season 2 for October 9, which falls within October 5–11. The listing confirms the show title, season number, and date; it does not provide episode-count or plot details. See Netflix Tudum’s October 2026 schedule.

Why the three-show count does not fit this week
The same calendar places The Ramparts of Ice Season 2 on October 1, before the October 5–11 week. It schedules The Diplomat Season 4 for October 15 and The Mothers of Penguins Season 2 for October 21, both later in the month. Those dates should not be counted as seasons arriving this week.
The schedule is Netflix’s U.S. lineup, not confirmation of worldwide release dates or availability. It also does not establish that every title on the calendar is a Netflix Original, so this schedule alone is not sufficient to describe the listed shows as Netflix Originals.
