Lively and Reynolds met while making the 2011 superhero film and began dating the following year, according to ELLE. Their story is a straightforward example of co-stars becoming a couple after the production that introduced them.
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher — That ’70s Show
Kunis and Kutcher met as teenagers on the sitcom in 1998, but their romance came much later: ELLE reports that they began dating in 2012. Their timeline is a reminder that an on-screen pairing—or years of knowing one another at work—does not mean a couple fell in love during the original production.

What “fell in love on set” actually means
The phrase covers several different timelines. A production can be where two people first meet, where they reconnect, or simply where an existing acquaintance turns into a romance. In this list, Kunis and Kutcher met long before they began dating; Paquin and Moyer began dating around the making of a pilot; Hawn and Russell met years before their relationship began; and Teigen and Legend met during a music-video shoot. Marie Claire also describes Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell as having an earlier acquaintance before connecting while co-starring on The Americans.
These accounts are examples, not evidence that actors are unusually likely to fall in love at work. The roundups cited here do not establish a measured rate or a definitive list of exactly 22 couples. Nor should inclusion be read as a current relationship-status update: some relationships have ended, and older entertainment roundups are not reliable live trackers.
