Vanderpump Rules has moved on to a new generation: Season 12 follows a new group of SUR employees, with Lisa Vanderpump still part of the series. This is a catch-up on the familiar former cast—not a description of the current ensemble. Here is what is known about several of the show’s best-known alumni, with dates attached where their work or personal circumstances may have changed.
Who is in the current Vanderpump Rules cast?
Season 12 centers on a new group of SUR employees, rather than the original ensemble. Bravo’s current series page lists Venus Binkley, Shayne Davis, Chris Hahn, Angelica Jensen, Marcus Johnson, Audrey Lingle, Natalie Maguire, Demy Selem, Kim Suarez and Jason Cohen alongside Lisa Vanderpump. The Associated Press reported Bravo’s recasting decision in November 2024, describing Vanderpump as the exception to the change.
That shift is why the familiar cast members below are best understood as alumni. The original group’s lives and work had expanded beyond their SUR jobs; the AP noted businesses and podcasts, as well as former cast members appearing in The Valley. That 2024 account provides context, not a complete roster of everyone’s current projects.
What are Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney doing now?
Madix and Maloney remain business partners at Something About Her, their West Hollywood sandwich shop. Bravo reported that the café marked its second anniversary in May 2026, having opened in May 2024; the partners thanked their team and customers. That milestone does not establish the business’s sales or profitability.

Madix was also preparing to return as host of Love Island USA season 8, according to Bravo’s May 2026 update. She had hosted seasons 6 and 7. The AP’s November 2024 coverage had already noted her work beyond the reality series, including Dancing with the Stars, Broadway’s Chicago and Love Island USA.
What happened to Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz’s bars?
Schwartz & Sandy’s closed in December 2024, Bravo reported in March 2026. Sandoval said he had not repaid his mother’s full investment in the business. In the same report, he reflected on the difficulty of getting the bar going and said he thought it would eventually have closed.

Bravo’s March 2026 report said TomTom remained open in West Hollywood. Sandoval and Schwartz held small ownership percentages alongside Lisa Vanderpump. That is a dated operating-status update, not a guarantee of the bar’s status after March 2026.
Where is Jax Taylor now?
In a Bravo report published March 4, 2026, Tom Schwartz said Taylor had moved from the townhouse next to his into a new place. Schwartz described Taylor as keeping a low profile and focusing on sobriety. Taylor did not share his destination, so the report does not establish where he lives. It also does not provide grounds for claims about treatment or medical history.

What has Stassi Schroeder said about her friendships with the cast?
In a July 29, 2026 TV Insider interview, Schroeder discussed preparing House of Stassi and rebuilding her friendship with Katie Maloney after a falling out. She said she still talks to Maloney, Lisa Vanderpump and Tom Schwartz. She described her interactions with other cast members as polite, while saying she does not keep in touch with them. That is Schroeder’s account of her own relationships, not a universal statement about how the former cast members relate to one another.
What is known about Scheana Shay and Brock Davies?
Bravo’s news index listed a September 2, 2026 story about Shay and Davies’ marriage, describing it as a candid update. The available listing does not establish what the story says about their relationship, so it cannot support a definitive conclusion about their current status.

Bravo’s decision to recast followed a period in which the original cast’s careers and lives had grown beyond their work at SUR. The AP reported in November 2024 that the returning season would have an entirely new cast except for Lisa Vanderpump. Vanderpump described the change as part of the restaurant world’s rhythm: “In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another.” The new season preserves the show’s SUR setting while placing a different group of employees at its center.
