What did fans vote on in the third round?

A contemporaneous ComingSoon guide said voting would remain open for one week and directed readers to survivor50cbs.votenow.tv. That was the reported destination at the time, not confirmation that the site is currently active. The reported voting window has long passed.

What is known about the results?
The reviewed coverage does not establish the results or vote counts for these three questions. It also reported that viewers would not learn ballot results until watching the season premiere. The round formed part of a wider fan-voting effort that had addressed topics such as tribe swaps, advantages, the final-four format, and whether the finale should be live or taped; a later vote concerned hidden immunity idols.
How the vote fits the season
Survivor 50 was later reported under the title Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans. In an article updated December 19, 2025, Us Magazine reported that the season had been filmed in June 2025 and was scheduled to premiere on February 25, 2026. Those are later season details, separate from the April ballot announcement.
