Conrad’s private news hangs over the family
The episode opens with Conrad waking Eddie and calling him “son.” Eddie withdraws afterward and drinks from a flask, while the nature of Conrad’s news remains unspoken. Elsewhere, Bella asks Paul to help her get away to meet Antoine in London.
Tattersall turns the dinner into a police operation
After speaking publicly about the killings of Fisk and Mukasa, Tattersall takes charge of the organized crime task force. He presses Alice—whose real name is Nicola—to attend the Harrigan dinner and plant evidence intended to implicate Conrad and Maeve in the officers’ murders. A tactical team waits nearby. The dinner may look like a family gathering, but for Tattersall it is a coordinated setup.

That plan depends on Alice getting access to the house and leaving behind a wine glass and Conrad’s cigar. It also puts her in the middle of a family whose members are already watching one another closely.
Maeve warns Gina as the family bargains with Jaime
Maeve tells Gina she has watched her with Eddie on the estate’s cameras and warns her to stay away from him. At the Falkland Arms, Conrad tries to placate Jaime Lopez over Brendan’s death. Seraphina outlines a deal to take over the fentanyl supply arrangement, but Jaime makes Harry part of the conversation. He tells him, “No wonder Kat wants you. And no wonder you want to leave,” then gives the Harrigans a short window to decide.
Bella’s meeting with Antoine is being recorded
Bella continues her London scheme with Antoine, involving her father and a purported arms dealer. A camera hidden in Antoine’s tie records the meeting. Bella does not appear to be wearing a camera herself, leaving the recording—and who controls it—as a one-sided risk.
Kevin confronts Rusby, then kills him
Kevin poses as a driver and takes Rusby, the former prison guard who abused him, home from a nursing facility. Rusby says he does not remember Kevin or much of his time as a guard. He apologizes and talks about finding religion. Kevin initially lets him go, but when Rusby tries to comfort him, Kevin shoots him.

Harry’s loyalties remain difficult to read
Jaime accepts Conrad’s proposed deal on the condition that Harry deal with a rat inside the Harrigan camp. Kat calls Harry and makes clear that she is interested in him, not Conrad, setting up a meeting. Later, Conrad thanks and rewards Harry for arranging the meeting with Jaime, then questions him about Freddie’s death and whether he intends to leave.
Together, those exchanges make Harry’s position look unstable. Jaime’s remark and Kat’s attention support the possibility that Harry is preparing to leave or make a move; Conrad’s reward and Harry’s work for the family point the other way. Neither interpretation is confirmed, and the episode does not reveal who Harry’s ultimate target—or beneficiary—might be.

Alice arrives at the Harrigan dinner with champagne. Seraphina probes her, Maeve needles her, and Conrad appears to encourage the questioning. Alice slips away to collect a wine glass and Conrad’s cigar for the planting operation.
Harry confronts her and learns that police are close. He tells her to leave and lets her keep the items. The choice breaks Tattersall’s plan at the point where Harry could have stopped Alice or allowed her to proceed. The episode gives no definitive explanation for his decision: he may be protecting the Harrigans, preserving his own position, or letting events move toward an outcome he wants.
The dinner collapses into accusation and arrest
Conrad demands that Eddie repeat what he said about Maeve. He accuses Maeve of exposing Archie’s body and betraying the family in Antwerp. Maeve does not deny the accusations; she adds that she had wanted her stepdaughter killed.
Conrad raises a steak knife. Maeve breaks a bottle and holds its jagged edge toward him. Sirens interrupt the threatened violence. They return to the table and act as if dinner is normal until police enter and arrest both of them on suspicion of murder. The arrest follows the police operation, but the scene does not establish that Tattersall’s evidence-planting plan succeeded.
A family song gives way to an empty table
As Conrad and Maeve are taken away, they sing “20 Men from Dublin Town.” Gina embraces Harry. The episode ends with Jan alone at the table beneath the helicopter’s searchlight—a stark image of the family performance continuing until the people who sustained it are gone.
