The project behind the “Disneylandnya” nickname is Taman Kerthi Bali Semesta, or KBS Park, a proposed tourism development in Pekutatan, Jembrana, on Bali. The nickname does not mean it is a Disney park: reporting names Paramount Pictures and Indonesian company PT Kios Ria Kreasi in connection with the project. As of the Jembrana government’s March 13, 2026 update, it was still described as a plan, with no confirmed opening date.
What is the “Disneylandnya” project?
Taman Kerthi Bali Semesta (TKBS), also called KBS Park, is a planned theme-park and tourism development in Pekutatan, Jembrana Regency, on Bali. The MPR reported a collaboration agreement involving Paramount Pictures and PT Kios Ria Kreasi dated July 25, 2022. The nickname “Disneylandnya” is a headline label; the reporting does not identify Disney as a project partner. MPR’s 2022 report
Is the Bali theme park open, and when will it open?
It is not established as open, and no confirmed opening date appears in the current local-government information cited here. A Jembrana government article dated March 13, 2026 still calls the development a plan and mentions golf and resort components, but gives no construction status or opening date. Jembrana government update, March 13, 2026
A 2025 travel article reported a 2026 target, but a reported target is not confirmation that the park opened or will open that year. Until an official announcement supplies a date, visitors should treat the opening timing as unconfirmed. Macleay Press, 2025
