The Bamford Watch Department and The Rodnik Band’s 2015 Snoopy watch was a customized 36 mm bi-metal Rolex Datejust. Snoopy’s arms served as the hour and minute hands, while Woodstock marked the seconds. The release was reported as limited to 25 pieces, originally priced at £16,500, and presented in a doghouse-shaped box with a custom Woodstock USB stick.
What the 2015 Snoopy Rolex was
The collaboration paired Bamford Watch Department (BWD), known for customizing watches, with The Rodnik Band, the fashion label founded by artist Philip Colbert. Its base was a 36 mm bi-metal Rolex Datejust with a fluted bezel. The dial placed Snoopy at its center, with his arms forming the hour and minute hands and Woodstock serving as the bespoke seconds hand. aBlogtoWatch’s 2015 report describes the watch and its launch price; a second contemporaneous report reproduces the release details. aBlogtoWatch
Edition size, launch price and presentation
The 2015 release was reported as a strictly limited run of 25 pieces and offered directly by Bamford for £16,500. Those figures describe the original launch, not present-day stock or resale value. The presentation set included a doghouse-shaped box and a custom Woodstock USB stick. aBlogtoWatch reproduces the release details, and its accompanying video report includes statements attributed to the collaborators.
How it differs from other Snoopy Rolex editions
Several Snoopy-themed Rolexes are associated with Bamford and The Rodnik Band, but they are not the same watch. The base model and dimensions are the clearest way to distinguish them.

The earlier black Milgauss collaboration and the dealer-described Datejust II are distinct from the 2015 watch. Bamford’s current collaborations page lists other current or archived limited editions but does not list this Rodnik Band Datejust, so it does not establish that the exact watch is available now. What is known about the collaborators’ comments
In statements attributed to them in a press-release excerpt reproduced with the 2015 video report, BWD founder George Bamford said he jumped at the chance to pair Snoopy with his “favourite creative medium.” Philip Colbert, founder of The Rodnik Band, said he enjoyed the earlier design collaboration and felt they had “hit the ball out of the park” with the new piece. These are reproduced release statements, rather than independently verified interview transcripts. aBlogtoWatch video report

- Timex x Peanuts - This playful iteration of our Timex Weekender captures the fun and whimsy of Snoopy and Woodstock on its clean white dial.
- Leather Strap - Crafted of supple, smooth grain natural leather from SB Foot Tanning Co.
- Quick-release Spring Bars - No tools are required to swap out the leather strap for an attachment in another color, material, or style.
- Quartz Movement - Powered by a battery, this watch ensures every second is counted with precision down to the milliseconds.
- Confirm that the watch is the 36 mm bi-metal Datejust with fluted bezel, rather than the earlier black Milgauss or 2014 41 mm Datejust II.
- Ask for clear photographs of the dial and hands, case, and any accompanying presentation items.
- Request provenance and documentation that support the claimed edition and condition; the 25-piece release figure alone does not authenticate a particular watch.
- Compare any asking price with current, item-specific evidence. The £16,500 figure was the reported 2015 launch price, not a present valuation.
