On November 21, 2023, California’s Labor Commissioner adopted an administrative determination ordering $2,641,374 in disgorgement of specified commissions previously paid on or after October 20, 2019. It was an agency order, not a publicly established value for the parties’ 2024 settlement.

The determination addressed five engagements: The Voice, The Kelly Clarkson Show, a Norwegian Cruise Line agreement, Wayfair agreements, and the Billboard Music Awards. The ordered disgorgement was allocated across four of them:
